Hello and welcome! We will use this blog as an extension of our classroom activities. Often times in class we get into discussion about our current lesson or other questions that we just do not have time to answer in class (unfortunately). This blog will provide for an opportunity for us as a class to reach beyond our class time to really delve into those discussions.
On to the specifics...
I will post blog entries that the entire class will read and must respond to. Pending the post you may have to respond to other student's comments as well; I will let you know as we come to those posts.
Note to Culinary Club Members: I will be posting recipes here for us to try!
